One: Daniel, why did you decide to participate in this competition in first place?
D: First I was completely shy to compete. I never had heard about a yoga competition before! But I began slowly to change opinion when I saw the Irish competing others inducing and pushing itself to attain their objectives on time for the competition. If I was involved myself and joined training. Also I thought, "Why not"!. I practiced since I was 16, therefore it was the time to take a challenge And see just how far I could go with that. Also I wanted to represent the guys, because I think that the people have tendency to think about the yoga as a sport of girls!
One: How do you adjust the training for a competition as this around your functioning life?
D: This not to be easy. In the race to the competition that I practiced everyday after the work in the evenings and doing then classify again more advances on the weekends. Then, on a Friday evening and Sunday I would do almost 5 hours of yoga. It took a lot of my time, but it rewarded and big to see that has it for result my body, using different muscles and visionary that a deeper just practice encouraged me to continue to going does not import how much it gnawed my free time. One: How you discipline yourself to induce when you had a bad day, for example?

One: What you does it motivate to keep to go?
D: I am motivated by the new frameworks objectives For me. With the yoga always can learn from you new things of your body and how it reacts to more of training. The results obtain you the just spectacle how malledable the body is and how much it can check in fact. For example, when I think that I cannot go any more I always try, even if it means stretching a little more thumbs, then you see that you can do it, therefore the next time try you again. One: What you does it inspire?
D: This competition was a huge one inspiration, Regulating this objective as something to work to. In fact I will go to NY to practice with her before the competition in THE. Never thought my vacation would consist in training but it gave me really something to aim towards and the occasion to induce next to a world-wide champion is too good to lack!
One: Which is the biggest challenge than you overcame, and how?
D: Some years ago I fell the skiing, I examined some ice and my skiing did not detach itself. Basically my skiing went to unique direction and my body went the other manner!
