The good alternate one gets tangled up for the yoga if I obtain hands and the feet really of the in sweat?I obtain hands and feet really really of the in sweat when I the placement meeting in form (and even for no reason sometimes). Je've tried using the cushions of anti- perspirant on my hands and my feet, but found the fact my dry skin also to the point as my skin begin breaking.
If I wondered so does not import that with a similar problem that does the yoga, or is a yoga expert, knows any any yoga rug/general rugs that will allow maintaining me the grip while to do the yoga and the error and the fall.
Je've tried already using the thick one " jigsaw" foams pads parents use in the sectors of game of baby, and a rug of yoga of farm cell of Nike (5 mm. thick), and the two not to have enough grip of offer for my hands/feet in sweat.
I have the biggest problem while doing " descending dog" (as you can imagine yourself), since you exercise a lot of pressures in outside on your hands, and without the grip, my hands glia¨sent of the head the rug and I fall position. And you can imagine also the positions how much more difficult balance as " twisting" put can be when my feet slip rug.

Also, an isn sticking tapis't really problem (I'm rather sure I didn't implies the rug sticking as a problem? )...it's the Fact that I have hands and feet in sweat, and the thus boa®te't obtains a good grip on the rug, and rather the error and the fall during the yoga because of the sweatiness.

You can try using a rug of ashtanga that is as a rug. You can use it only or on a rug sticking. Ici's a link with a peak:

Try washing your old rug sticking simple with Simple Green. Il's not the detergent, but il's rather light (and friendly bio) that it shouldn't changes the chemistry of the tapis's surface. Je've found that my rug sticking obtained more sticking with the usage and cleaning (not also often, but don't is crude or). But on the other hand, I mets't has your same problem. But it obtained more sticking with the usage. .. Try it. .. Sick be.

Hmm. .. I' m thinking the better thing to do would be to speak with your document. I peux't thinks about any rug spedcialesment conceived that you would help, but there are medicines for the people that perspire a lot. I hope that you find your response!
