Rodney Yee has a lot of Yogas DVD's and ils're rather inexpensive. The music is good and ils're pulled to Hawaii. La 's a lot of instructions and it keeps converged me. Every time go us to a new pose, il's as lui's helping to dispose me there in the correct form of my head to my feet, of my breathing to the ramollissement of my eyes. Il's a really unbelievable instructor. It has a DVD for the novices and I recommend it really.
