Yoga Equipment

I began just a program of yoga to the house. What can I use of everywhere in the house for the equipment. As the yoga girths, the pads, one of these small low chairs to meditate in, etc. I want to do these thisngs me, no a store.

You can use belts or briefcases as the yoga girth. For the pads can use you thick books (as a dictionary) that you can secure together themselves they mettent't falls opens. You can pile up some pillows to do a low chair for the meditation. Sometimes je'll folds just my rug of yoga and sits over to meditate.
