The yoga abdominal/legs of bullet?I obtained just a bullet of yoga and I wondered so does not import that had a good site for the instructions or some kind, as a demonstration model.
Cause I had not idea how to use it.

Well, I decided to go to Google and to the cork in " the bullet of yoga exercises" and proposed a lot of sites internet. An I know of personal experience is Http: //www.SparkPeople.com And they have tons of big exercises and of small models of demonstration to help you yourself assure're doing them to right.
