Which type of Yoga is better for the people with poor health?I have the Lupus (the autoimmune rheumatic disease), and everyone says that I need to exercise everyday, the other manner I will become weaker and weaker. But I already am very weak now and always if tired. I read that Yoga is the better choice, but that conceives? Is which the easiest and more suitable one for the not people so healthy?
