Yoga For RunnersPosted on January 25, 2010. Does the yoga help racers heal injuries?Je've was treats tendinitis of rotule for several months. I must leave even 8 weeks to run completely. Now je'm starting up again, but je'm running only 1.5 miles every other day. On the other days I cross the train. I want to be ready to run the country upset this fall, but I refuge't really was able to begin summer training. It does because the yoga is as to stretch and as to stretch itself dedbarasse of the lactic acid and that prevents the injury. I have tendonitis and the yoga helped me. it loosens on my legs themselves ils're not if stretched and it helped heals me. my track trainer suggested it and it said to continue to prevent from other injuries.
