I never heard about him but if it must does with to stretch and obtain your body prepared before you surf or although.. that a good thing.. all knowledges that the waves can do us.. &Quot; pretzel" taking gas or just same a big strong swell with a lateral current.. LOL, I peux't helps but thinks about this guy of star of movie of Kook that bothers the picture of wide world-wide surfers. .. Whats his name. .. Matthew McConaughey. .. He seems as the type that would be in " the yoga for surfers". Just my humble opinion.

If the this is the DVD's that you talk about, then they are very good, not just to surf or. Ive used them as a re-education after an injury of shoulder and knee kept me water, I recommend them.
